Passed away peacefully at the Osgoode Care Centre surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, April 23, 2024; at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late David Duggan. Cherished mother of Lynne Turnbull (David) and Andrew (Emily). Loving grandmother of Christopher Turnbull (Kate). Special Nanny of David Turnbull (Janel) and Scott Turnbull (Beth). Great Nanny of Ainsley and Mackenzie Turnbull. Predeceased by her brother Emilio Perez and by her parents Sindulfo and Guillermina Perez.
Ana Maria and David enjoyed a wonderful life together, living abroad, travelling, hiking, playing tennis, and entertaining friends from near and far. She left her mark on everyone she met with her smile and kind heart.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at the Osgoode Care Centre for their exceptional care while Ana Maria was in their care. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (Ottawa, ON). There will be a private family service where Ana Maria will join her late husband at Beechwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Osgoode Care Centre would be appreciated by the family.
