Cheung Loy passed away peacefully in his sleep on November 10th, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife Ngan Ping (nee Chiu) of over 60 years. Together they have 4 Children: Ling-Hong (Terry), Ling-Yue (Rick Collins), Ling-Wah, and Ling-Wai (Candice Grisward). They have one grandchild, Kai Collins.
Loy was born in China, married and moved to Hong Kong, then to Canada to raise a family. He worked most of his career as an engineer for Transport Canada, which became Nav Canada. Special appreciation is given to the 3rd floor staff at Foxview Retirement Residence.
A private service for family will be held.
