With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Amie Lee, born on October 3, 1963, in Winchester, Ontario. She was a devoted partner to Robert Beaudry, and a loving mother to Arielle and Isabelle Beaudry. She was also sister to Paul (Diane), Jean (Benson) and Michael (Mai). Amie's warmth, kindness, and love profoundly impacted those who knew her.

Amie's heart found its greatest joy in her gardens, on the golf course, and in the embrace of the great outdoors. Her passion for nature was infectious, and many will remember the various green projects she excitedly undertook.

Amie will be remembered for her exceptional ability to bring people together through her social grace and empathy. She had a knack for creating connections that left a lasting impression.

In honouring Amie's wishes, a funeral service will not be held. Instead, the family would be grateful if friends and family shared their cherished memories on a forever online memorial board. Amie's family will organize a celebration of her life at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to support Scleroderma Research at the Ottawa Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. In the “What inspired you to donate” field, type “Please direct my gift to Scleroderma Research” and specify that you are making the gift in memory of Amie Lee on the next screen.

The family extends sincere gratitude and love to all who have offered support during this time. Your kindness has been of great comfort.

While we only met Amie a few times, we think of her daughter Arielle as one of our second daughters, a great friend to Nicole. We are always going to be there for you Arielle. Hugs and kisses, Julie and Ed

Amie’s was a kind, warm and fierce soul. She would always make us feel at home when we visited the Beaudry clan and make us laugh with her witty jokes. We will miss her dearly.

Over the course of being friends with her daughter Arielle for the past 12 years, I’ve been lucky to have had the chance to run into Amie and have meaningful conversations with her. Whether it’s her love of podcasts, her garden or the cats, I always left our chats with some new thing to go explore. Amie’s energy was infectious, even in those short meetings; I’ll never forget them. Sending my warmest hugs to the family.

Just an amazing partner, mother, friend and person, an absolute sweetheart with a great sense of humour that included sparring sessions with Google. She made us feel very welcome whenever we went over. We were shocked and extremely saddened when we heard about Aime and remain heartbroken for Robert, Arielle and Isabelle. We love you guys and will miss Aime.

I had the pleasure of meeting Amie working at Manderley on the Green. She was a big part of our Manderley team. I was lucky enough to even play golf with Amie. She talked about the love she had for her family. RIP my friend ❤️

I was privileged to receive Amie's warm smiles and cheerful greetings on the golf course at Manderley. She was a pleasure to chat with and always so quick with complimentary comments as she golfed with us in the Ladies League and as she worked as a player's assistant. I watched her tackle the garden at the front of the Pro Shop…it will forever be Amie's Garden in my mind….and it is comforting to know there will be a sign to that effect to honor her spirit. I am so very sorry for your huge loss.

Amie! We met at work in 1998 and a friendship developed almost instantly. Our shared vision, initiative, determination, and commitment enabled us to move forward in our shared projects. Following retirement this friendship grew. We still had shared projects including in our gardens and, of course... golf I will miss you my friend! R.I.P. Amie
