Passed unexpectedly September 6th at the age of 29. Survived by his daughters Christine and Isabelle, mother Suzanne, father Philippe (Sharon), brother Yves (Michelle), sister Melissa (Callum), grandfather Richard and his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Roch was deeply loved. Most of Roch’s life was a struggle. Mental health and addiction were burdens he carried with him everyday. Even under the weight of these, Rocky possessed an innate likeability and could be impressively charismatic, he always had something funny to say. His laugh was rough, distinct and heard often. He loved hot sauce, UFC, food, movies, Tupac, his friends and his family. Roch possessed a fierce sense of loyalty that was unbreakable. Although our take-out leftovers were never safe from Roch, we will cherish those memories always. We love you and miss you very much Rocky.
Family and friends are invited to Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa), on Friday, September 22, 2023 for a Visitation at 12:30, followed by a Memorial Service in the Sacred Space at 1:00 p.m., followed by a Reception from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. For those who wish to donate in Roch's memory, please do so to The Canadian Mental Health Association.

Rocky will never die in my heart. I wish I could have been more support to him rather than a burden most of the time. Loosing Rocky has opened up my eyes to many things and I truly believe that he is in heaven and God will bring him everlasting life. Rocky was my partner and the father of my children. I am grateful to have his warm heart next to me for many years. I feel his love. He tells me not to give up and hugs me when I’m sad. I’ve never felt a love like this before. I know he will always watch over our family.
Deepest condolences to the family.
