With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Elizabeth (Betty) at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute on May 10, 2023. She is predeceased by her devoted husband Del, retired Lieutenant Commander, RCN.
She will be greatly missed by her loving children Charles (Del) Gibson and Linda Margaret Ferguson (née Gibson). Also survived by her many extended family members, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Many thanks to the staff and caregivers of the Westwood Retirement Home and to the incredible doctors, nurses and staff of the Heart Institute.
