It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother Sharon, on March 30th, 2023 at the age of 83. She rejoins her husband Ivor Llewellyn “Llew”, who passed on January 20th, 2023 at the age of 87.
They leave behind their loving children David (wife Nancy), Stephen (wife Darlene), and Patricia Chartrand (husband Andre), grandchildren Morgan (Mei) and Grace, and numerous other family members and friends.
A celebration of life for Sharon and Llew will be held on Saturday July 8th at Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood Ave., Ottawa, ON) from 1-3pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to Support Our Troops.
Sharon, Llew, Trish, David, and Stephen were good neighbors when we all lived at Lassiter Terrace, where they were monumentally kind about our noisy dog. We lost touch with Sharon and Llew when we all moved away, but it seems they aged with grace, their looks little changed in later life from that lovely early photo.
