Unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, April 13 at the age of 73. Daughter of the late Jeanette (née Cloutier) and the late Gerald Primeau. Dear sister to Denise, Louise, Maurice (Louise), and Julie (David). Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Will be dearly missed by her longtime feline companion (Tigger).
Monique was happy-go-lucky, she loved to garden and surround herself with flowers. She had a cocky sense of humor and had a way to make you laugh out loud. She had a kind heart; Monique lived a simple life. She will be remembered for her smile and resilience, as well as her boundless capacity. These traits defined her, and her strength is what undoubtedly helped her deal with life’s challenges.
As we bid farewell to our beloved sister, we find solace in knowing that she is at peace and pain free. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever. A private family Inurnment Ceremony will be held at Beechwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memoriam donations to the Breast Cancer Canada will be appreciated.

Those who touch our lives stay in our hearts forever. You have and always will have a special place in my heart. I am most grateful for all of the good times together, last spring at the flower gardens is a memory I will cherish forever. Love you.
Never to be forgotten. I have fond memories of Monique. We shared several Christmas dinners over the years. Always enjoyed her company.
