Ron Boyle, beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. We are heartbroken to announce that Ron passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, surrounded by his loving family.

He leaves behind Dianne, his devoted wife of 46 years, his children, Christopher, Nicholas and Michael, and his siblings Walter and Hank. He was pre-deceased by his sister Betty.

He was loved and will be missed more than words can say.

There will be a private graveside service at a later date.

While in the Commissionaires, Ron was a coworker of mine. I worked with him from November 2025 to January 2026. When we first met, I knew he was a great storyteller and an avid joker. He always gave me advice freely, like an open book, and we talked about everything in life. He was like the father I never had.
Ron told me he was proud of providing his wife and kids with the best life he could. He also shared that his biggest regret was not spending as much time as he wanted with his kids because he was working hard to give them the best life possible.
My deepest condolences, Dianne & Family.

I was incredibly lucky to have Ron as an influential figure in my life. I was 18 when I moved to Carleton Place and his son Nick and I became best friends at a time I was joining a new school for my last senior year.

Ron and Dianne were so supportive and patient as Nick and I learned how to play music together. They supported us every weekend and during the week as we developed from sounding awful to slightly less awful. Ron was a tremendous drummer and drums were the instruments I learned to play at their place over the following years. Only Ron and Dianne could support someone who's never played drums every week. It must of been terrible lol.

Those band nights were among the best nights of my childhood and Ron would always come and share ideas and talk to us about life's adventures. Its incredible how supportive they were of us and I am grateful to have such fond memories of our time together and the passion of drumming that came from being in an environment they supported and nurtured.

Over the following years, Nick and I became roomates and I got to see Ron quite often as Nick was dropped off after a trip home. The big red truck, the slick black audi. I spent a lot more time talking to Ron about what it ment to have integrity, how to think of commitments and success, how to value relationships. I admired his success and how he thought and he was very generous with my questions as I developed into a young adult. I still remember the little gold book of YES attitude, a recommendation from him, influencing a lot of my perspective. That book, and all those conversations helped me think differently and positioned me for a better future.

Our time together, his wisdom and guidance, it all helped shape who I am today. Ron was a tremendous person to me. I will always have great memories and gratitude for everything he did for me and all of our conversations.

I'm so sorry to hear about Ron. I'll never forget being neighbors, only to realizing that we were from LaSalle and went to the same school and going back to Montreal to bring home all that delish Polish food. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Dianne and the boys.

Ron ws such a fantastic person. I met him through LM during my time at Mitel ( it could be earlier). He had a special place in my heart. He was giving kind and always a gentalman. He would bring us chocolates and roses just because he wanted to. When I lost my job and was working at Starbucks in CP he would come and visit always trying to slip in a tip which I prolly gave back. His messages and calls to have lunch never stopped it was always good to catch up. Th k you for being such a wonderful person, your family will misss you and so will I.
