Passed away peacefully on February 5th, 2024 at the age of 66. Krystyna is survived by her loving daughter Katarzyna “Kasia” (Dominik Drobnik) and her cherished grandchildren Damian and Antoni. She will be dearly missed by her family in Poland; her sister, Maria (Michał Hołodniak), her brother, Jerzy Dziekan (Krystyna) and by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Stanisław Gadomski, parents Helena and Jan Dziekan as well as brother Kazimerz and sister Danuta.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, February 12th at Beechwood Cemetery (280 Beechwood Ave. Ottawa, ON.) from 6-8pm. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 13th at St. Saint Hyacinth Roman Catholic Polish Church (201 Lebreton St N, Ottawa, ON) at 11am. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
