She was a dedicated Nurse for 44 years.  Working in various capacities from Civic Hospital, VON and ending at Community Care Access Centre. She was a LOVING Mother, Daughter and Wife. Leaving behind son Michael Bulger daughters Alison Bulger and Jennifer Martin. I am Kathy's cousin, the son of her aunt Marlene McInnis (nee Clark) (from Nova Scotia). Mom has told me so much about Kathy and her brother Tony over the years, and I regret not knowing them better. I was hoping to drive to the service from my home in Hamilton, but it looks like I won't be able to do so. I want to send my thoughts and love to everyone.

Thank you everyone who has signed in here and sent Facebook messages and expressed your thoughts and prayers. We have taken great comfort knowing how much Kathy was loved and meant to others over the years.
Hopefully those who cannot join in person will be able to join us online.
Thank you Ray, Alison and Michael Bulger

Dear Ray…. Wonderful memories of our visit in Halifax when Kathy presented her pic of her entrance through Pier 21 Museum…
Such a very special time we had- & the mix up over our room - we ended up with the Suite.
Wonderful memories… ?‍♀️??❤️

To Kathy, Ray, Alison, and Micheal, my second university family, I'm so grateful for having you in my life. Thank you for welcoming the little French girl in your home in North Bay and make me discover fudge and eating Kathy's amazing cooking, and the biggest Beanie collection I've ever seen. She made the best spare ribs I'd ever had and I reminded her for years after. Thank you for the many invites to Red Lobster when you would come down to visit Alison in Toronto. Thank you for the amazing, perfectly wrapped care packages you sent Alison that I was lucky enough to enjoy with her. Kathy was funny, witty, and had the most contagious and unique laugh, one I will never forget. Whenever Alison was stressed (very rarely of course), she would, with very few words, with her soft sweet voice just by saying "Oh, Alison" or "It's ok sweety", be able to make everything ok. It was innate in her probably from her many years of reassuring all her patients as a nurse. Thank you for all the love you showed me and making me feel like a part of the family. There is so much of her in all three of you that she will live through you for many years to come.
