Carol “Joan” Cray (née Goulet)
August 16th 1944 - August 30th 2023
Peacefully with her children by her side, Joan passed on August 30th, 2023. Cherished wife of the late Michael Cray. Loving mother of Jim and Kim (Gord MacMillan). Proud grandmother to Haley and Hunter. Devoted sister to Jim Goulet (Cathy) and dear aunt to her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Lois Goulet.
Joan was a retired teacher who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life such as baking and reading a good book. She was extremely caring and loved spending time with family. She always made sure that those around her felt appreciated and taken care of. Words cannot describe how much she will be missed.
There will be a small service for family and friends on Friday September 8th at 10am at Beechwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan’s name to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated.
