It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Colonel William (Bill) Osborne on August 26, 2023. Bill will be fondly remembered by his loving partner Lue (Lucille), his son Michael (Catherine), daughters Kathleen (David) and Dorothea (Tony) and by 9 grandchildren, Meghan (Jeff), Wilson, Jillian, Katie, Emily, Charlotte, David, Olivia, Chelsea and 2 great grandchildren, Ella and Sophie. Predeceased by his two sisters Margaret (Bill), Shirley (Olious) and his brother Bert (Gwen). He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend thanks and appreciation to the staff of the 5th floor at the Civic Hospital for their compassionate care. A private celebration of Bill’s life will be held at the Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa.
