Terry Jones, was my submarine captain. The very best, safety conscious at all time. It was with great pleasure that I served under him. Terry, you have reached the shore. You may rest on your oars. We have got the watch.

My condolences to Terry’s family at this time. A sad moment for all who knew Terry whether from The Nixon Block RR or other paths in his life.

My sincere condolences to the family at this time of sorrow. Terry and I were members of the graduating class at RRMC in 1964 and at RMC in 1966.

I sailed with Terry Jones in HMCS Okanagan before he became a Submarine Captain. He was on Okanagan on 28 July 1973 when she had her rendezvous with RFA Grey Rover. He will always be part of the Okanagan "Crunch Crew".
On behalf of the Submariners Association of Canada East, its Executive and Members we offer our condolences to Terry's family and his many friends at this time. Terry will not be forgotten for his support of submarines and the Associations. May all his good deeds be a Blessing in his Memory. RIP Terry. Dolphin 38.

My sincere condolences to Terry's family. We served together when I was a brand new unqualified submariner on HMCS Okanagan. Terry was blessed with a great sense of humor and could have actually probably been a great stand-up comic. Very friendly with no big-shot attitude. Aloha my friend.

Terry and I were partners on the Royal Navy’s Submarine Commanding Officer Qualifying Course in 1976. There we bonded as life-long friends. Terry was an exceptional submarine captain who combined humour with professionalism and dedication. I will miss him terribly. Sleep well dear friend.

A wonderful man. Blessed with an abundance of common sense and a delightful sense of humour. The world was a better place for him. Go in peace, Terry.

Sailed with this true gentleman in the early 70's. Interacted during our ensuing military careers culminating in socializing, in recent years , within the SAOC(Central). Throughout all, a priviledge to have known him. Condolences to his family for their loss. R.I.P Friend.
