Beryl was an amazing table partner with my Mom at GJA. We shared many lunchtime conversations about her family, past life, favourite hockey team and player, and of course, she kept me posted about how Mom was doing when I was not there. Her occasional feistiness only added to the charm of the person she was. When she was not able to get out of her room and go to the dining room, I had the honour of dropping in to see her and get her smiling. She always loved the quick visits! Mom and I will miss her smiling and friendly countenance, quick humour and genuine affection for others.

From the mid 60s to the early 70s, I was a junior associate at the law firm where she was administrative assistant (or 'secretary' as the position was then called) to the senior partner. I naturally called 'Mrs. Clark' . She was a fine and helpful person to me. I remember her fondly after all these years. My condolences to all her family

Mrs Clark was a very special person. Every year as a young person Mrs Clark was among the first to wish me happy birthday…one never forgets such thoughtfulness. Mrs Clark was also a devoted and important source of support for my Father and Uncle as a key employee in their law firm for decades. And she raised a wonderful family - deepest condolences to Susan and Doug. Know you will find comfort in her long and meaningful life. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
