It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Antonio Rodrigues peacefully surrounded by family by his side at Perley Health on Monday September 23rd, 2024, at the age of 86. Son of the late José Maria Rodrigues and Ana Rosa Gonçalves.
Beloved husband of late Maria Helena Vaz Rodrigues. Loving father of Maria (Manuel) and Rui. Cherished grandfather to Sylvie (José), Joshua, Lucas and Ava. Proud great grandfather of Noah and Mia. He will be greatly missed by his brother Joao Rodrigues (Ana Rosa Rodrigues Barroso) and half-sister Ines, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends both in Canada and Portugal.
He was predeceased by he's late sister Maria Da Conceicao Rodrigues (late Manuel Barroso) and his late brother Manuel Rodrigues Trigo (Fatima Trigo).
The family would like to thank all the staff at Perley Health for all their hard work during these past 2 years.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Beechwood National Memorial Centre (230 Beechwood Ave, Ottawa) on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, from 4-8pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at Paroquia Senhor Santo Cristo Parish (1100 Kenaston Street), on Thursday October 3rd, 2024, at 11am followed by interment at Beechwood Cemetary
