It is with sadness that the family share the passing of Bruce Pollex on Saturday, June 15, 2024,  at the age of 77.  He was the son of the late Elwood and Mae (nee Brisbois). Beloved, brother of Eric and the late Judy (nee Pollex) Harry. He will remain lovingly in the memories of his niece Jennifer (Eric) and nephews Doug (Nicky) and James; his great niece Isabelle (Gab) and nephews Jacob and Jack; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Bruce cherished the time he spent with his friends and family. He enjoyed the social breakfasts and the entertaining times spent at the Neighbourhood Pub. Bruce appreciated many types of music, he had a special affinity for the Blues.

Friends and family are invited to a reception on Friday July 19 from 12:30-2:30 at Beechwood Funeral Home 280 Beechwood Rd Ottawa

In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice is appreciated.

Bruce worked with my husband Ken at Computing Devices for many years. Home parties were the thing then and we all enjoyed each others company at them many times. Bruce was well liked by all. Condolences to family and friends. RIP Bruce.

Bruce was always kind and friendly at the Pub. I met him approximately 20 years ago, and his kindness and conversation were always appreciated. RiP my friend.
