Faith passed away in Ottawa on January 12, 2024 at the age of 37. She is survived by her mother Gillian Saddington, her brothers Anthony Girvan and Robert Girvan as well as her grandmother Joan Girvan. From her biological family, she is survived by her mother Dawn Wood (Craig Baltzer), her brother Keith Wood, her grandmama Maureen Wood, her grandfather Keith Wood, her aunts and uncles Alison Montgomery, Rachel McCarthy, Simon Wood and Joel McCarthy as well as many cousins. Faith will also be greatly missed by numerous close friends, including Steven John Ryan, Silvana Plehandzic Pusey, Francis Menard and Cynthia Charboneau.
A memorial service will be held at Eastgate Alliance Church, 550 Codd’s Rd., Ottawa, on Friday, January 26 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Faith’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.

It was a shock, when I found out that you passed. I know that we weren't close at the end of things, however we used to be friends either way. It's sad to hear of your passing, but I'll try to remember the good times. Thank you for being my friend when you were alive, even though we had some tough times. Faith is a friend of my daughter Tracey-Lynn, the last time we saw each other was at my daughters bridal shower. Wonderful happy go lucky young lady, she left many smiles behind always! & still will. Not forgotten by any means! God has her in his arms. Till we meet again Faith.

Oh dear friend... we've known each other since the summer 2006 and we bonded instantly. I will miss our time talking about everything and anything till the we hours in the morning. How we were able to make each other laugh, with only things we would get. I also thank you for taking care of me, when I would do crazy things.
I will always remember these stories. Most importantly, I Thank you for helping me becoming the man I am today.
