It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Marguerite (Marg) on September 11, 2023.
Marg was the most cherished, devoted and loving mother to Victor Jr. (Felicia So) and Lynn (Brian Hutton). Predeceased by the love of her life, Victor Kenneth Wagner (1961). Sister of the late Claude Pineau (Germaine Levasseur) and Juliette Kealey (Glen). Survived by her loving sister Huberte Pineau in Montreal. A caring and supportive aunt, Marg will be remembered by her nephews and nieces, (Pineau, Kealey, Robertson, Belleau, Taggart families), for her devotion to others, her sense of humour and her love of sport. Marg loved and missed her lifelong friends in Ottawa, many from her days at the Rideau Tennis and Squash Club.
In 2010, Marg moved to be with her daughter Lynn in Dundas and closer to Vic and Felicia in London. She made many new friends at Dundas Valley Golf and Curling Club where she played golf until she was 90.
Funeral service, burial and reception will be held at the Beechwood Cemetery on Wednesday, Oct. 4th starting at 1:00. PM. More details are available on this site.
In lieu of flowers, do what Marg did best – cherish and spend time with your family and friends. Make a difference in the life of a child or a senior who needs your help.

As I think of Marg I see her on the golf course, hand waving behind her back ushering those behind her to move out of her line of sight.
