C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de Francine Bureau, qui est survenu le 21 septembre 2023, entourée de sa famille à l’âge de 66 ans.
Francine vivait pour ses filles et ses petits-enfants. Toutes personnes qui les connaissent savent qu’elle était, à leurs yeux, la meilleure des petites mamans au monde.
Elle fut prédécédée par ses parents adorés Claudette Bureau (née Grenier) et Lionel Bureau, ses frères Michel, Denis et Roger, sa grand-mère Isabelle et son petit-fils Nikolas. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Méliange, Méloïse (Christopher) Méliane, Mélissa et Mélodie, ses petits-enfants Elizabeth Rose, Isabella, Brianna et Aleksandre, son frère Marco (Chris), ses sœurs Johanne et Lise (Paul), ainsi que plusieurs oncles, tantes, cousins, cousines, neveux, nièces et amis.
La famille désire remercier l’Hôpital Montfort pour leurs efforts, soutiens et compassion.
Le service commémotif sera célébré le lundi 2 octobre 2023 à 14h dans l'Espace Sacré du Centre commémoratif national de Beechwood. La famille recevra les condoléances à compter de 13h.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Francine Bureau, who passed away on September 21, 2023, surrounded by her family at the age of 66.
Francine lived for her daughters and grandchildren. Anyone who knew them knew that she was, in their eyes, the best little mother in the world.
She was predeceased by her beloved parents Claudette Bureau (née Grenier) and Lionel Bureau, her brothers Michel, Denis and Roger, her grandmother Isabelle and her grandson Nikolas. She is survived by her children Méliange, Méloïse (Christopher) Méliane, Mélissa and Mélodie. Her grandchildren Elizabeth Rose, Isabella, Brianna and Aleksandre, her brother Marco (Chris), her sisters: Johanne and Lise (Paul), as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
The family wishes to thank the Montfort Hospital for their efforts, support and compassion.
The Memorial service will be celebrated on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 2 p.m. in the Sacred Space of the Beechwood National Memorial Centre. The family will receive condolences at 1 p.m.
