Hélène passed away on Tuesday June 20, 2023 at The Ottawa Hospital - General Campus. Daughter of the late Marie-Louise (née Couture) and the late André Camiré, she was born in Thetford Mines Québec and grew up in Welland Ontario.
She leaves behind her husband Steve of 62 years, and her sons David and Michael (Laura). Cherished grandmother to Kayla, Cassandra and Matthias. Will be dearly remembered by her younger sister, Marie Rosewell in Burlington ON.
Hélène retired in 1995 from the Ottawa General Hospital, where she had been the Nurse Manager of the Case Room in Obstetrics.
Leukemia took a loving and caring soul.
Friends and family are invited to visit the Beechwood National Memorial Centre, 280 Beechwood Ave. Ottawa, on Wednesday June 28th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday June 29th at the Sacred Space of the Beechwood National Memorial Centre at 10 a.m. followed by a reception.
