To Elsie and family, please accept my condolences on behalf of the Carter Williams family on the loss of Carlisle. We have known Carl for years. A gentleman, husband and father, who took pleasure in sharing his culinary skills in the tasty meals and treats he made. His humility, pleasant and endearing character will always be recognized, revered, and remembered. Sleep on dear one and take your rest in the everlasting arms of Jesus.

Every memory I have of Carlisle involves a hug, smile or laugh. He was a dedicated and loyal friend to my dad and for that, I am forever grateful. Carlisle was a very good man. Thank you, Lindsay, Adrian, Paula and Mona for sharing a little bit of your dad with the Alexis siblings. Elsie, sending you love and strength.

With love,
Rachel and Kael

God bless uncle CARL. He had a joyful , uplifting SPIRIT That made you happy to be around him.
We had wonderful conversations and my one regret which I have to forgive him for is that he promised me COCONUT BREAD AND BLACK CAKE. I’ll have to savor it in my memory.
May he rest in ☮️ PEACE . Love ? JOY and family.
